How to Setup OutBound Call Message

An Outbound Call is a call made from your JotPhone account to a customer, lead, or any external phone number. It allows team members to communicate directly with contacts and manage customer conversations from the platform.

⚙️ How to Set Up a OutBound Call Message

Go to the Phone Numbers section in your JotPhone account and select the phone number you want to configure.

Step 2

Under the phone number settings menu, select Greetings.

This will take you to the Greetings section and click Add OutBound Call Message.

Step 3

Locate Message and click Add New Message.

You can then:

• Enter a text message for text-to-speech conversion
• Upload a recorded voice message (MP3 format)

Once done, click Save.

✅ What Happens Next?

Your welcome message will go live immediately.

You can test it by:

• Clicking the Simulate button
• Calling the JotPhone number from another phone number
