👤 Assign a Dedicated Phone Number to a Team Member

With JotPhone, you can assign a dedicated phone number to a specific user, team member, or agent.

⚙️ Steps to Assign a Number

Step 1

Go to the Phone Numbers section in your JotPhone account and select the phone number you want to assign.

Step 2

In the phone number settings menu, open the Share Number section and select Individual.

Step 3

Select the desired team member from the dropdown menu and click Save Changes.

The phone number will then be assigned to the selected user.

✅ What Happens Next?

Once assigned:

• The selected team member becomes the owner of the number
• They can use the number for outbound calls and SMS
• They can manage the number settings based on their permissions
