📞 Ring Multiple SIP Devices for Incoming Calls

To ring multiple SIP devices when receiving an incoming call, follow the steps below:

⚙️ Steps to Configure Multiple SIP Devices

1. Configure Incoming Call Forwarding

Go to the phone number for which you want to enable this setup.

• Under Forward Incoming Calls To, select Team Members
• Set the forwarding option to Ring All Teammates

2. Enable Mobile/Landline Ringing

From the team member list:

• Select the required members
• Enable the Mobile/Landline option for each member

3. Verify SIP Device Configuration

Ensure that the selected team members have:

• Connected their SIP devices to their JotPhone account
• Added the SIP-connected phone number in the Phone Number field under their Profile Settings

4. Contact Support for Final Configuration

Once the above setup is completed, share the JotPhone number with the Support team so the remaining configuration can be enabled from the backend.

⚠️ Important Note

If you want incoming calls to ring on both:

• the Web/App dialer, and
• the SIP device

make sure to enable both:

• Web & Apps
• Mobile/Landline

for the selected team members.
