After Business Hours Voicemail Greeting

With JotPhone, you can create a custom welcome message to greet callers when they contact your phone number.

⚙️ How to Set Up a VoiceMail Message

Step 1

Go to the Phone Numbers section in your JotPhone account and select the phone number you want to configure.

Step 2

Under the phone number settings menu, select Greetings.

This will take you to the Greetings section.

Step 3

Locate VoiceMail Message and click Add New Message.

You can then:

• Enter a text message for text-to-speech conversion
• Upload a recorded voice message (MP3 format)

Once done, click Save.

✅ What Happens Next?

Your welcome message will go live immediately.

You can test it by:

• Clicking the Simulate button
• Calling the JotPhone number from another phone number

🎙️ Additional Custom Greetings

You can also configure:

• Voicemail Message — Played when no team members are available to answer the call
• Hold Message — Played when a caller is placed on hold
