🎧 Customize Queue Callback Messages in JotPhone

JotPhone allows you to customize the message callers hear when they are placed on hold and the Queue Callback feature is enabled.

⚙️ How to Customize the Queue Callback Message

Step 1

Go to the Phone Numbers section in your JotPhone account and select the relevant phone number.

Step 2

From the side menu, navigate to Greetings and locate Queue Callback Message.
Click Add New Message.

Step 3

Choose one of the following options:

• Enter a text message for text-to-speech conversion
• Upload an MP3 audio file from your device

For text-to-speech messages:

• Select your preferred speaker and accent
• Click Play to preview the message

Once done, click Save Message.

💡 JotPhone Tip

You can use a message such as:

“Thanks for placing a callback request. We will reach out to you shortly.”

⚠️ Important Notes

• This feature is available only if Queue Callback functionality is enabled on your account
• Contact the support team if you would like to enable this feature
• By default, callers can place a callback request by pressing “1” during the call queue experience
