In fast-paced business communication, interruptions during live calls can impact productivity. To help prevent this, JotPhone provides real-time network alerts that notify you when your connection quality drops during a call—along with built-in troubleshooting options.

⚡ Real-Time Alerts & Troubleshooting

If your network strength drops during a call:

• The network indicator turns orange
• A real-time alert appears in the top-left corner of the dialer
• This alert gives you a quick overview of your connection status

You can also click on “Troubleshoot” to investigate further.

🔍 Identify and Fix Issues

Within the troubleshooting section, you can view detailed insights into network issues such as:

• High latency
• High jitter
• High packet loss
• Low MOS score

Each issue includes suggested steps to help you resolve it quickly.

🔄 Reconnecting During a Call

If there is a significant network drop:

• You may see a “Reconnecting” message on your screen
• JotPhone will attempt to automatically restore the connection

What happens next:

• ✅ If the connection is restored: The call continues seamlessly
• ❌ If not restored within a minute: The call may disconnect

In such cases, it’s recommended to switch to a more stable network and try again.
