📞 How to Check and Manage Missed Calls in JotPhone

You can easily view and manage missed calls in your JotPhone account by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to Call Logs

• Log in to your JotPhone account
• From the side navigation menu, click on Recent Calls

Step 2: Open the Missed Calls Tab

• In the Call Logs section, click on the “Missed Calls” tab
• You’ll see a list of all missed calls associated with your JotPhone numbers

📋 What You Can Do with Missed Calls

For each missed call, you can:

• View the date and time of the call
• Identify the assigned agent
• Archive the call for future reference
