Deletion of Call recordings

From your JotPhone dashboard, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu and Click Other Settings Option.

You can configure the call recording retention period by selecting when recordings should be automatically deleted. Available options include deleting recordings after 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days, based on your data management and compliance requirements and Save the Changes.
