How to Add Top-Up Credit to Your Existing JotPhone Account – Jotphone

You can easily add top-up credit to your existing JotPhone account directly from the dashboard. Follow the steps below to get started.

From your JotPhone dashboard, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu.

In the Add Amount field, enter the amount you would like to top up to your account balance.

You can also enable the Auto Top-Up option to automatically recharge your account whenever your balance falls below a specified limit. This feature helps ensure uninterrupted service by adding funds automatically. You can configure both the minimum balance threshold and the amount that should be added during each automatic recharge.

Once all details are added, click the Save Changes button in the bottom-right corner to save the changes.
