Managing Your Subscription and Billing Details

From your JotPhone dashboard, click on the Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Subscription from the dropdown menu and select Plan option.

You can view your current plan details, including the number of users allowed on your account, the account creation date, subscription start date, and the current status of your subscription.

You can also view the details of your monthly and yearly subscription packages, along with a complete breakdown of the associated charges and billing information.

If you want to upgrade or change your subscription plan, you can do it directly from your dashboard without needing any additional assistance.
