Toll-free verification is mandatory for businesses sending messages to users in:

• The United States
• Canada

Important

Messages sent from unverified toll-free numbers will be blocked.

This restriction also applies to numbers with a Pending verification status. Only fully approved toll-free numbers can send messages successfully.

Step 2: Complete Business Profile Registration

Before submitting toll-free verification, ensure your Business Profile Registration is completed and approved.

Once completed, the Toll-Free Number Registration section will become available.

Step 3: Submit the Verification Request

Fill out the required information and submit your toll-free verification request.

You can monitor the verification status directly from the dashboard.

Up to 5 Numbers

You can verify up to 5 toll-free numbers under a single business entity without providing additional justification.

6 or More Numbers

If you are requesting verification for 6 or more numbers, you must provide a detailed explanation in the Additional Information field.

Examples may include:

• Different office locations
• Separate business departments
• Individual recruiters or agents assigned to each number
• Distinct business operations or accounts

You may also include supporting documentation if needed.
