📞 How to Share a JotPhone Phone Number

Sharing a JotPhone phone number with your team is simple and allows multiple users to make outbound calls using the same number.

⚙️ Steps to Share a Number

1. Log in to your JotPhone account.
2. Navigate to the Phone Numbers section.

1. Select the phone number you want to share.
2. In the number’s settings, go to Share Number → Share with.
3. Click “Change” and select the team members you want to share the number with from the dropdown menu.

           You can also share the number with user groups using the same dropdown.

           Click Save Changes.

✅ What Happens Next

• The selected team members will now have access to the number
• They will be able to make outbound calls using the shared number
• You can view the list of shared users in the same settings section
