📩 How to Send Text Messages on JotPhone

This guide walks you through the simple steps to send text messages using JotPhone.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to your Jotphone account.
2. From the sidebar, click on “SMS & MMS” and select “Inbox.”
3. Choose the Jotphone number you want to use for sending messages from the panel.

💬 Sending Messages in an Existing Conversation

If you already have a conversation with a customer:

1. Select the conversation thread
2. Type your message in the text box
3. (Optional) Attach a file or schedule the message
4. Click “Send”

✏️ Starting a New Conversation

To send a message to a new contact:

1. Select the Contact you need to send the message, and click the Send Message option.
2. Type your message in the Body field(Write Something)
3. (Optional) Attach a file or schedule the message
4. Click “Send”

📌 Important Notes

• You can also send bulk messages by selecting multiple recipients or entering numbers separated by commas
• Always include the country code before phone numbers
