Activity
The Activity section provides a centralised view of important actions and changes made within the organisation. It helps administrators and users track activities such as adding phone numbers, creating teams, adding contacts, and adding team members.
1. Search
The Search icon allows you to quickly find a specific activity.
You can use it to search for activities based on relevant information, such as:
- Activity title
- Contact name
- Team name
- Phone number
- Other available activity details
This is useful when there are many activity records and you need to locate a particular one.
2. Filter
The Filter icon allows you to narrow down the activity list and view only the records that match specific criteria.
For example, you may be able to filter activities based on:
- Activity type
- Date Range
This makes it easier to review specific activities without going through the entire list.
3. Title
The Title column describes the activity that occurred.
For example, the screenshot shows:
- Phone number +17543150079 added – indicates that a new phone number was added.
- Team Test created – indicates that a new team was created.
- Contact added: Sample null – indicates that a contact was added.
- Contact added: Test Test – indicates that a contact was added.
- Team Member Maha Added by sunny s – indicates that a team member was added by another user.
4. Time
The Time column shows the exact date and time when the activity occurred.
For example:
- Aug 28, 2026, 11:03 PM
- Aug 27, 2026, 11:05 PM
- Aug 26, 2026, 11:27 PM
The down arrow beside Time indicates that the activity list can be sorted based on the time of the activity.
5. Activity
The Activity column identifies the type of action that was performed.
Examples shown in the screenshot include:
- New Phone Added
- Team Created
- Contact Added
- Member Added
These labels make it easy to understand the type of activity at a glance.
6. Action
The three-dot (⋮) menu under the Action column provides additional options for each activity record, that is if you want to delete that record you can use that Delete option for that particular record to Delete them.
