Teams Directory
This screen shows the Teams directory after a team has been created. It provides a centralized view of all active organizational teams and their key details.
The page contains the following options and columns:
1. Search
The Search icon allows you to quickly find a specific team.
This is useful when the organization has multiple teams and you want to locate one without scrolling through the entire list.
Example: Search for Sales to find the Sales team.
2. Add Team (+)
The blue + button allows you to create a new team.
When selected, it opens the Create Team page where you can enter:
- Team name
- Team members
- Extension
After completing the details, selecting Create Team adds the new team to this directory.
3. Filter
The Filter icon allows you to narrow down the teams displayed in the directory based on the available filtering options.
This is useful when there are many teams and you only want to view teams matching specific criteria.
Team Directory Columns
The table displays the following information:
1. Name
The Name column displays the name of the team.
In the screenshot, the team is:
Test
The arrow next to Name indicates that the list can be sorted by team name.
You can use sorting to organize the teams, such as alphabetically.
2. Extension
The Extension column displays the extension assigned to the team.
For the team shown:
121
This extension can be used to identify or reach the team through the organization's phone system, depending on the configured call-routing setup.
3. Team Members
The Team Members column shows the members assigned to that team.
In the screenshot, the team has one member represented by:
M
This indicates that the team currently contains a member whose initials/profile representation is M.
If additional members are added, their profiles or member indicators can appear in this section.
Purpose: Provides a quick view of who belongs to the team without opening the team details.
4. Status
The Status column shows whether the team is currently active.
The screenshot displays:

This means the team is currently enabled and available within the organization.
A team-management system may also support other statuses depending on the available functionality.
5. Created Date
The Created Date column shows when the team was created.
For the Test team, the screenshot shows:
Aug 27, 2026, 11:05 PM
This provides a record of when the team was added to the organization.

The three-dot menu in the Action column provides additional options for managing the selected team.
Clicking the menu opens the available team-management actions.
Depending on the system's functionality, these actions can be used to:
- OverView
- Profile
- Remove Team

The three-dot Action menu for a team provides options to manage that specific team. The main options are Overview, Profile, and Remove Team.

It can be used to quickly review details such as:
- Team name

Purpose:

Overview = Quick summary of the team

The Profile option is used to view or manage the team's basic information and configuration.
Depending on the available permissions, the Profile section can include details such as:
- Team name

- Other team-related settings
Administrators can use this section when they need to review or update the team's information.
Example:
If the team name needs to be changed from Test to Customer Support, the Profile section can be used to manage the team's information, if editing is supported.
Profile = Team information and configuration
3. Remove Team
The Remove Team option is used to delete or remove a team from the Teams directory.
