Team Members
The Team Member section provides a centralised list of all active team members. It allows administrators or account owners to view team member details, check their status, manage work settings, and perform member-related actions.
1. Search
The Search icon allows you to quickly find a specific team member from the list.
You can use it to locate a member by available information such as their name or email address.
2. Add Team Member (+)
The + button allows an authorized user to add a new team member to the account.
When adding a member, relevant information such as:
- Full Name – Enter the team member’s full name.
- Email Address – Enter the member’s email address to receive the invitation.
- Role – Select the appropriate access role for the member.
- Delete – Remove an added member from the invitation list.
- + Add – Add another team member to the invitation.
- Cancel – Cancel the invitation process without sending it.
- Send Invite – Send the invitation to the entered email address.
3. Filter
The Filter icon allows users to narrow down the team member list based on available criteria.
For example, members can be filtered based on information such as:
- Role
- Status
- Other available member attributes
This is useful when managing a larger team.
Team Member Table
The table displays the following information:
- Name – Shows the team member's name and email address.
- Extension – Displays the member's assigned phone extension, such as 101, 392, 724, or 657.
- Role – Shows the member's permission level, such as Account Owner or Admin.
- Created Date – Shows when the team member was added to the account.
Action Menu
Clicking the three-dot menu next to a team member opens additional management options.
1. Overview
Overview provides a summary of the selected team member's information and activity.
It can be used to quickly understand the member's account details and relevant operational information without changing their settings.
2. Profile
Profile allows you to view or manage the team member's profile information.
This may include details such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Account information
- Other available profile details
It is useful when you need to review or update a member's personal/account information.
3. Work Hours
Work Hours allows you to configure or review the selected team member's working schedule.
This can be useful for controlling how the member's availability is handled during working and non-working hours.
For example, work hours can help determine when a team member is expected to be available to handle calls or other activities.
4. Remove Member
Remove Member allows an authorized user to remove the selected team member from the account.
This option is shown as disabled/greyed out in the screenshot, meaning it is not currently available for the selected member or under the current permissions/account conditions.
Before removing a member, administrators should ensure that any relevant responsibilities, phone assignments, or other account dependencies have been addressed.
