📊 How to Get Ringing & Answered Time for Calls in a Report

You can export call logs in JotPhone to view the ringing and answered time for each call.

⚙️ Steps to Export the Report

Step 1: Open the Call Logs Section

Log in to your JotPhone account and navigate to Recent Calls from the left sidebar.

Step 2: Select a Time Duration

Use the duration filter to:

• Select a predefined time range
• Or choose a custom date range to fetch specific records

Step 3: Export the Call Logs

Click the Export button to download the call logs report as a CSV file.

Step 4: Review the Report

Open the downloaded spreadsheet and locate the Answered Time column.

This column shows how long it took for each call to be answered.
